ORDERING POLICIES

Minimum Order Requirements

• Custom dessert orders start at $250.

• Wedding dessert orders start at $350.

• Graduation dessert orders start at $450.

Dessert Minimums

• A minimum of 3 dozen per dessert flavor is required.

• Flavors cannot be combined to meet the minimum.

• Example: 3 dozen Ube Cupcakes = Accepted

• Example: 1 dozen Ube + 1 dozen Chocolate + 1 dozen Vanilla = Not Accepted

Ordering Timeline

• Orders should be placed at least 4 weeks prior to your event date.

• Rush orders may be accepted based on availability.

• Approved rush orders are subject to a $20 rush fee.

Customization & Specialty Designs

Additional charges may apply for:

• Custom color matching

• Edible image printing

• Gold or silver accents

• Custom toppers

• Specialty chocolate work

• Detailed themed decorations

Favor Boxes

Favor boxes are available for an additional charge and may include:

• Oreo Truffles

• Mini Cupcakes

• Tartlets

• Other select desserts

Securing Your Date

Your event date is not reserved until:

• Your order has been approved, and

• Payment arrangements have been completed.

Our desserts are produced in a kitchen that handles:

Please inform us of any food allergies when placing your order.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

• Changes to orders must be requested as early as possible and are subject to approval.

• Cymz Sweet Kre8tionz is not responsible for damages occurring after pickup or delivery has been completed.
